• One step submission process

• Submission of a separate Abstract is not required

• Full paper due date: Dec 15, 2019

• Format as described in word template which can be downloaded from the right 

• Page limit is 4 pages and file size should be less than 2MB 

• Final acceptance of the paper is contingent on technical review and registration of at least one of the co-authors (limit two papers per registered attendee)

• Consent form which can be downloaded from the right needs to signed and submitted. This file size should not exceed 0.6 MB.

• Your paper file must be named as the first three letters of the first author's last name and the last three letters should be the first three words of your title. Maximum of 75 characters.  For example, If your paper title is "Preparing a two-column paper with MS Word for Windows" by A.T. Balkema & G. Westers, the file name of the paper:  balpat.doc
